As you are trying to achieve your goal of getting a job, writing your resume, getting an interview, getting a contract position.....you have to try and keep positive. Yes, it is difficult to stay positive when everything you are doing seems to be leading you nowhere. However, you have to find a positive solution.
Your desire to move ahead in life is based on what your subconscious tells you. Don't believe me? How is that someone like Oprah who was raised in a destitute environment was able to overcome that and move into her current position in life? From what it seems, she didn't have many people who are positive thinkers, but the few that she has in her life makes her able to see, feel and touch her goals as her new reality. In this economy which I will admit is a bit tough, but definitely “over come able”(is that even a word?)you still have to look, feel and touch your goals for moving your career ahead. You have to find a solution that allows you the victory over whatever you are facing. When I say a solution I am not referring to stealing, cheating and all of the other usual attitudes people have. I am talking about trying to find positive activities that when you reach your goal you will really enjoy the victory. Along the way, you may have small victories which is where doing contract work comes into play, you may also want to explore your money beliefs. Before you appreciate the bigger goal, you must relish the smaller ones as well. You must dance for joy or whatever it is that you do to celebrate that achievement! It will encourage you to keep going further along the road you currently on. Just stay on the positive mind path. Even I have problems with staying positive all of the time, however, I do know to check my thoughts as often as I can during my day, and I try to celebrate the “small” successes.
